She became interested in nursing at the tender age of nine when her grandfather was admitted to the hospital. After Form 5, she decided to enrol herself in Assunta College of Nursing in 2005. Three years later she graduated with her Diploma in Nursing and started her career in the Intensive Care Unit in Assunta Hospital. After three years of working in Intensive Care Unit , she progress further by obtaining her post basic in Coronary Care Nursing in 2011 from Kolej Sains Kesihatan Bersekutuan in Johor Bahru.
In 2013, she decided to upgrade her knowledge by persuing her Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) from Greenwich University, UK, a distance learning program with a private higher education institution in the country. She was then promoted to Charge Nurse in Intensive Care Unit in 2014. Later on in 2015, she got an opportunity to become a Clinical Instructor in ICU in Sunway Medical Centre. She imparted her knowledge to staff nurses there for almost two years. This made her interest in teaching and education to grow deeper. She then enrolled herself to Lincoln University in 2017 to pursue her Post Basic in Teaching Methodology. Nursing is a meaningful profession and she continues to enjoy what she is doing.
