Her nursing enthusiasm started when she was a part time clinic nurse at a Maternity Clinic immediately after her STPM. This was how she enrolled herself at Assunta Nursing College and became a SRN since 1992. Consequently, she advanced her nursing skills by becoming a Midwife after completing her Midwifery Certification in year 1995.
Without looking back, she worked as a Midwife for over 15 years at local and overseas hospitals. With such vast clinical working experiences, she decided to contribute back to the nursing community by venturing herself into nursing education. Thus, she obtained her Degree in Nursing in year 2012 with University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom. Her enthusiasm in education was proven when she achieved her First Class Honours in her degree.
Subsequently, she became a Clinical Instructor mainly in medical, surgical and O&G wards in a private hospital. Her decision to come back to Assunta is mainly of her vision to contribute back to her alma mater by ensuring it produces highly professional and skillful nurses, thus being well respected worldwide.
