Nursing was not her first choice after completing secondary school. Her family encouraged her to join nursing career to help people. So she decided to join Assunta College of Nursing in 2008 meanwhile to reduce her parents’ financial burden.
She graduated with Diploma in Nursing in year 2011. She began her career in a medical surgical ward in Assunta Hospital. In 2017, she was then promoted as senior staff nurse after completing her Post Basic in Rehabilitation. Upon returning to work after studies, she started to educate her colleagues and student nurses by the knowledge she had gained from her studies.
She continues to deliver holistic nursing care to all patients through the knowledge she has. Hence, she decided to be a clinical instructor so that she is able to impart her knowledge and skills to student nurses.
